WatchList + Shopping is just $0.99 — a one-time purchase with no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.

Yes. Your lists are stored locally on your device. iCloud sync happens in the background when you have a connection, but the app works fully offline.

Your iPhone pushes the current shopping list to your Apple Watch using WatchConnectivity. When you check items off on the watch, the changes sync back to your iPhone in real time.

Not yet. Currently, lists sync across your own devices using your private iCloud account. Family sharing is something we're considering for a future update.
