Last updated: February 18, 2026
Weekly2Do ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by James Hattin. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Weekly2Do on iOS and macOS.
Data Collection
Weekly2Do does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third party. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking.
Data Storage
All data you create in Weekly2Do, including tasks, roles, daily habits, and accomplishments, is stored:
- Locally on your device using Core Data.
- In your private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit framework, if you are signed in to iCloud. This enables sync between your devices.
We do not have access to your iCloud data. Your data is protected by your Apple ID and iCloud security.
Third-Party Services
Weekly2Do does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) for syncing your data between your own devices.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to any third party. Period.
Children's Privacy
Weekly2Do does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not collect information from anyone. It stores your tasks only on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can delete individual tasks, roles, and accomplishments within the app at any time. To remove all data, you can delete the app from your device and, if desired, remove Weekly2Do data from iCloud via Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
